The time has come for Edison Kitchen to start a new chapter.

 

It has been an honor to serve as part of the Bethel community, sharing meals, stories, and memories with all of you.

 

We are proud of all we accomplished together, including our award-winning oyster bar and cuisine, and the vibrant atmosphere that made Edison Kitchen a beloved gathering place.

 

This decision comes from a place of honoring family and quality of life, values that have always guided us. While it’s bittersweet to step away, we are excited to pass the torch to passionate new owners who will bring a fresh vision to the space, so it will continue to thrive as a place for connection and great food.
